QUALITY
ICE CREAM
My ice cream mix is comprised from 3 different ingredients. When available I purchase one of the ingredients from Italy, as it is renowned for it's quality and taste.
Good quality soft serve ice cream should stand upright and be resistant to melting. Under favourable conditions and with all 3 ingredients precisely formulated by accurate settings on my ice cream maker, my ice cream will stand tall and not melt for up to 8 minutes in average ambient conditions.

I believe the industry lacks in Hygiene, health, sanitation, product presentation, personal appearance, vehicle and machinery quality and quality customer interaction. My vehicle and contents are of the highest standard attainable and I endeavour to ensure the public enjoys their brief interaction with me.
HYGIENE
Hygiene is my top priority. Temperature readings are taken of the surface and internal parts of my ice cream, chocolate sauce and slushy mix 5 times daily. All machines, benches, fridges and utensils are sanitised constantly through the day. Two gloves are always worn during trade.

Our van comes stocked with all the favourite soft drinks, slushies, bottled water, potato chips, lollies etc...
We also make some awesome Slushies, to cool you down on those hot summer days.

The Sugar Man is an innovation in the ice cream vendor industry that is quickly developing a positive reputation among the buying public for being well presented, transparent, friendly and great value for money. Prices
With everything inflating price wise these days it's now noticeable when products are cheaper than comparative options and are welcomed. The public have made it clear to me that my prices are cheaper than any opposition they are aware of. That's comforting for both the customer and myself.
Customer Care
I make a concious and deliberate effort to instantly make the customer enjoy the trade. Most times children are a part of the experience so it's imperative that the exchanges are cordial and fun.
